Iām a board certified OBGYN practicing in Houston, TX for the past 12 years. Iām also a mother to 3 amazing kids. I know first hand how challenging it can be to transition into motherhood. I also see it everyday in my office with my pregnant patients navigating the anxiety of delivery and the unknowns of postpartum recovery and motherhood.
It is my belief that if mamas knew more, they would have the confidence to believe they are exactly the mother they are supposed to be for this baby.
